Shipping policy

All orders take approximately 1-5 business days to process before they are shipped. Please allow this time for your order to be prepared. 

Delivery Time
Typical delivery times range from 3-20 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. If you want to change your shipping method, please contact us as soon as you receive your order confirmation. *For your protection, all orders $200+ will require signature upon delivery (no extra charge)*

Shipping Delays
Please allow extra time during holiday seasons as postal services may experience significant delays beyond our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters, and postal strikes may also contribute to delays. 

Tracking
Every order is provided with tracking information, including the carrier details. Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order is fulfilled. 

Lost, damaged, stolen or incorrect address packages
Once your package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for it. If your order is lost, damaged or stolen, or you provided the wrong address, please email us (kamaruclothing@gmail.com) so we can help you resolve the situation. You can also file a claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds cannot be issued unless the carrier approves the claim and refunds us for the package.
